Does anyone happen to know how much the rear axel would cost for a 2004 cavalier.


Is this the end.... or is it just the beggining?

why did you bent it? i bent my rearend on my 01 two winters ago and from my understanding the rearends are the same from 95-05? and anybody back me up here?
any who if it is bent just swap out the whole thing. my 01 cavi is rolling on a 96 sunfire gt rear axle. it works fine and ive had it on the car 1 1/2 yrs so far. and it cost me $220 shipped to my school where i did the repair in auto class.

Sounds like a good opportunity to do a independant rear swap, I would think you could pickup the jbody rear for under 200 dollars at a junkyard. I know I got the entire rear differential for my jeep cj with solid one piece axles for only 250.
