WTF happend to my brakes, pleases help

i have had my car parked for a while, took it for a drive about a month ago. now i have no brakes, new pads. i pusehed the car out of the garage, went to go for a drive hit the brakes and the pedal willnot move. i stopped the car shut it off, hit the brakes and they wont move, then you can hear a kindof like humming noise, what is going on

but it was all fine like a month ago, i took the intake manifold off and put on the 2.3 and throttle body, im sure that would have nothing to do with it. brake fluid is fine.

did you reconnect the vacume hose?

what vacum hose and were does it go, that is a possibilty what hose?

The master cylinder has a hose that connects to the intake manifold. It uses vacuum in the manifold to power the M.C. If you forgot to connect it, that could be the problem. Check for a vacuum connector on the manifold, near the M.C. You need a rubber hose to go between them.



I may not know much about cars, but I know two things....
1) Breaking things is expensive, and
2) Horsepower isn't cheap.
