I think my brakes my need to be changed after the summer... no big deal... anyways I was looking at all the fluids under the hood and i noticed that my brake fluid is about 3/4 full, should fill it to the max line , or just leave it? I know that if i change my pads i will get an overflow.

I dont know if there's a minimum line... hmm... You dont need to be at 100% max, but close to it wont hurt ya any. Just remember to use whatever the cap tells you to use... Pretty sure its DOT3

^^ What he said

If your fluid is dirty, you can flush ur system and put frsh clean stuff in, that may help performance a little.

as the brakes wear, the fluid level drops to fill to accomdate the piston moving out.
When you change the brakes, use the c-clamp to push the piston back in and the fluid when go back to the full level. Now if after you change the brakes the fluid doesn't return to full line, that is when you want to add fluid the the bottle.
