97 Z24 about 80,000 miles. Haven't seen my odometer since November. I'd say around 79,000 the water pump started leaking. Stopped the leak with JB weld till the new pump gets put on. My control arm bushing went bad, endlinks went bad. 2 months ago my timing chain snapped. That's alright cause I got cams, lifters,valves, guides, and gears to put in. My car don't need to go anywhere. With the timing chain and water pump it's no big deal cause all that stuff has to be taken off to put the cams in. Other than the issues listed here nothing wrong. That stuff is all wear and tear. 80,000 miles is a good bit
98 Z24 5 spd 124,000 still running like a champ besides having to replace transmission at about 120,000. New trans has 80,000
00 Z24 auto.. I have 49,500 on it. Runs really good. Only problem with it is the front blinkers are acting up. Sometimes they work, sometimes they don't. Usually a good wack fixes them. I'm starting a countdown on when it will be paid off.
I have a 97 sunfire 107,580 on mine. hte only prb i have is when i start it it bogs down when i press the gas and then wants to die and sometimes does. Some kind of fuel prbl fuel filiter maybe.

I got mine in oct of 2004 and it had 97500 on it and ive put 10,000 on it in from oct til now . good thing bad thing idk

i doubt thats really that bad... and 10,000kms is nothing... i put almost 40,000kms on my Zed in it's first year... now thats bad...

117,600 miles, 98z auto, drag raced on track 6 passes, driven hard everyday to work and around, no motor or trans problems except water pump at 90000, and going on sixth wheel baring ( the only problems Ive really had ) except I kept braking motor mounts till I bought the poly and insert. still looks good and runs great.

139,200 Miles so far and running pretty good. Batterey light just comes on now once in a while since I put in my system and and I dont get very good gas mileage, oh and I think the transmission is starting to go.
60500 on my 01 2.4l nothing major air conditioning just went out... and it loves to drink oil. does anyone else have this problem???
bought mine in 1997 2.4 auto w/ 5 miles, now has 59k on it w/ no problems other than the water pump which im sure everyone else has had too

I don't. I am at 94,000 miles on my '00. I drive pretty easy though.
99 z24 2.4L 5 speed manual trans has 142,000 kms. o.k for now, but parts are expensive (alternator,water pump). Burns oil like most at about 3500 kms after oil change even with synthetic.
97 Cavi, 2.2 Liter.... 97,000 miles. Will be up to 100,000 in no time with starting a new job that is about 30 miles away, work is work and when it is a decent paying job you take what you can get.
101,000 miles on my 2.4L and still runs like a champ. Gotta love your GM's
2002 GT - 161,000 km ( 100,000 miles) Only problem ever was a fouled spark plug,
and that was a Bosch platinum. I've even put about 80,000 miles on the original RSA tires,
run winters duringthe snow months. they still have decent tread.
96 2.4 130k, replaced everything and i am rebuilding the motor now and turboing it! but i still love my car no matter how much it cost or what a pain in my ass it is!
95k on mine. Does not use oil, change every 3-4k with Advance Auto dino. Power steering pump sounds funny no and then though.
