Ok I was checking out the coolant and basicly what happend is the cap broke, the top part comes off and the bottom part stays in the hole, I can take out the bottom part but i have to pry it out. Should i replace it?

The bottom part clips into the top part, you're cap is fine. Just put it back in the top part and push down hard until it snaps in.

Mine has the same problem.... I actually have to pry the whole cap off. I'm pretty sure the threads on my actual tank are bad though. You can definately try a new cap, they're around $5-6.
