He means EVAP Purge Soleniod

Oh, look for a bright red connector and two hoses...

or the fuel vapor purge sel. that is located at the reat axel?

The Evap purge solenoid is located on the back side of the engine ( between the firewall and the engine ) . It will be below the manifold and alternator . The easiest way to get to it is from underneath the car . Just like A.15 said it will have a red connector and two vacuum hoses hooked to it .
