ive got a 97 z and have a gas tank from an o3. im throwing in my walbro fuel pump over the weekend but i was wondering if i can just put the pump into the o3 sending unit and mount it back into the 03 tank and then just install the 03 tank and sending unit in place of my 97 tank

I believe some of the fittings are different between the 2 tanks, but it's been a while. It's possible that you could swap over the fittings, but you'll have to check it out as I don't have the parts here to check.
