Removing my airbag

I have a good idea on how to do it..but does anyone have any advice..besides (don't do it..disconnect the battery, don't blow yourself up) what should I look for that people typically break when removing the airbad??

Pull fuse... that's pretty much it. Not too much you can break doing it.

I pulled both mine out numerous times without disconnecting anything (probably stupid on my part). But yeah, if you pull the fuse, you won't have any problems. They are just held in with screws.

Yea, I pulled my driver side airbag out to put in an aftermarket steering wheel and come to find out no body makes an adapter....or so everyone tells me...does anyone know where i could find one?

not everyone removes them for the same reason! I need to remove mine to get to the dash subframe parts for painting etc. I would put em back in tho
