I have a '95 Z24 which came out with a 2.3L, i was wondering if i could use performance parts from the 2.4L or am I just out of luck.

You would have to have one custom made. Or the Stock 89-92 HO
Piece flows best. however, some of us are working on changing the manifold flange on 2.4 headers to make it work on the 2.3.
