you can find fuel pressure regulators that have the gauge mounted on them, as for where to findo ne that goes on the rail, maybe just get a mechanical fuel pressure gauge and hookt it up that way?

I bought a small gauge from summit racing for 20 bucks... Liquid filled for vibration resistant..

It has a 3/8 npt on the center back of the gauge... I drilled a hole in my fuel rail and used a tap to thread it... The gauge threads right in...

You won't find one specifically made for your fuel rail- you have to drill and tap it.

Um... there are no wires on the fuel pressure regulator... Our cars don't have ECU monitored fuel pressure sensors either, so short answer, no.
