one of the bolts that holds my headlight down is totally stripped. looking for an easy solution. just get a bigger bolt? or get it re-threaded?

should be able to pick one up at a dealer or hardware store

all my bolts are worn out. They sit in the holes. Whatever..........

Do what i did, take the bolt that is supposed to hold in your headlights to the hardware store and find a nut that will screw in the end of the bolt. Then put the bolt back into the headlight were it is supposed to go, and then screw the nut on underneath the headlight. I did this for the inside bolts of my headlights. I'm not sure what ones you need it for.That is what i did. A simple solution that will cost you all but 25 cents. Hope I helped

i wrapped my stripped bolt with electrical tape and it holds fine... ghetto fix, my friend told me that one, both his headlights were like that on his cavy......

Helicoil kit or some of those large clips with the nut attached should work as well.
