My battery was dead this morning. After I got the car jumped and started (a good 20 minutes, the battery was DEAD) the ABS light was on.
Where should I look for a short?

Alternator? Same thing happened with my 94 Sunbird, ABS light came on, then the next day, both battery and Alt were dead.
Tried to jump it this afternoon. Pulled the positive post right out when I set the positive clamp on to the post.
It's been leaking for a while, too. I didn't see much this morning. GM didn't see fit to put an underhood light on this car.
It's the OEM battery, about 7 years old. I can't complain too loudly.

leaking? that means its gone buddy.
my oem battery (and others i've heard) have last two years, i dont understand how that one could have lasted 7.

The car barely has 37k on the clock, that's how it's lasted 7 years.
The battery's been replaced and the ABS light is gone. All is well... for now.
