MY dad had a caravan (ran on natural gas as well), they built a pump right into the side of our house... weird stuff, I barely remember this though, I was a kid at the time.

lots of cars have this done, mostly taxi and cars like that, you can do tht or propane
Good idea on GM's part. However the range on those is about half that of pump gas. So, depending on where abouts you live in the country and how you fill the CNG tank, it could cost the same if not more $$$ in propane/CNG than gasoline.
Good luck fitting anything in the trunk. the 2.2 already gets pretty good gas mileage. Why have a car with no trunk?
