4T40E transmission how reliable

i just swapped my 3 speed out for a 4 4t40e auto , and was just wondering how reliable it is , my 3 speed lost reverse and tcc didnt engage any more

Very reliable and can hold lots of power.

it wasnt fun but not really hard i went back to the 4 cylinder in my cavy if you have a 3 speed you have to get a wiring harness for the 4t40e all of the shift points are controlled by the computer and the kickdown for passing gear ,
by the way i did a v6 swap about 3 months ago and i decided to go back with the 2.2 i got the engine and transmission out of a rally sport that was rolled , i will post some pics sometime when i get them the whole top of the car was smashed ,
if you do that transmission swap you dont have to drop the cradle out from under the car all i did was pull the radiator support off the bottom and the front bumper i pushed the car over the engine and tranny and then hoisted it up , wasnt to bad to do it that way

so do you have a list of what is needed to do a 3spd to 4spd swap?
