got a 1995 2.3L quad 4 thats not running at all on cylinder 4 total dead cylinder miss

spark is fine and a new injector both changed nothing

ive notice ig you quickly rev the engine up good theres a metal clank rattle noise real quick in the top end

its only got about 105k miles on it

what the heck could have happened to it and is there a common mechanical failure in the top end of some of these ?

also its the single cam one

and i cant remember but do you have to tilt the timing chain rear cover forward to get the cam cover off

been too long since i did timing chain on one of these engines
