Do the stock exhaust manifold from an 95 cavalier fit on a 99 cavalier ? Help plz

Fit, yes. Work well, probably not. The ports were changed with the 2.2 in 1998.

master is correct the top end was changed in 98 alot

according to interchange they are '98 up and '97 down

ive noticed alot of changes they made for '98 up, when disassembling/repairing 2.2L engines of various years, IE head gasket replacements, and more

Which hi-flow cat is best for a 2.2 and wat size of piping do I use, and do I keep the
RESONATOR or take off or replace it with a glasspack , ((looking for performance naturally aspirated))

I would go with 2 1/4" piping unless you're planning on doing some port & polish and a cam on the engine. Otherwise, larger is pointless, and will only hurt your low end.

For high flow cat, getting the one that matches the pipe size is really all you have to worry about. For the resonator or glass pack, I would just get an aftermarket resonator. A glass pack does the same thing, but it will get less effective over time as the packing breaks down.
