Removing fuel and brake line straps

How do you remove these black straps underneath the car that runs a long the drivers side without drilling out the rivets? Does the tab come loose that lays under the lines some how? I need to remove a fuel line and evap hard lines.

Thanks.

not sure most people just take the entire kit out and replace it with new

Thats what I was thinking, taking them off then using the C clips that are lined with rubber to anchor the remaining lines I have down.

Been a while since I was messing with these, but I swear that it has a push in part to allow the black part to open and the lines come out. I might look tomorrow if I think about it.

Yeah take a wide flat screw driver and gently spread the clips apart and the lines will pull out. At least that's how I've always done it.
