it is a busy time of the year for work, but we are still at it, gathering our metal, got most of it now, and tried my hand at welding need lots of practice haha but is very cool

well back at it, most of the welding is done in the engine bay, next up is to drop engine in and do the cross member mounts and tranny mount, then it'll be onto smoothing the bay onto the pics

Liked the FB page to follow and posting here to sub.

I like the idea of a V8 Cavalier. I also like the idea of a 3800SC one and I'm waiting for my boss's roommate to kill his GP GTP so I can buy it and strip it and make something happen. Sadly no friends with MCSS or Impala SS or GXP anythings to get an LS4 from easy.

Any updates? Looking back at the pics posted I was surprised to see the tb above the cross over pipe. Can you flip the intake manifold with the fwd ls motors?

no room on the other side for the throttle body, can't tell cuz i have the belt assembly off, but the power steering is in the way. updates are all mounts are figured out and in place and engine is out for good until final drop in, bay is starting to get smoothed now. will post pics of the progress
