I had picked up a 2003 Cavalier 2.2 Ecotec 5 speed beater a long time ago. It has 150,000 miles on it. It needed a slave and trans when I bought it

Found out my car has a spoiler without a 3rd brake light which is odd. Installed my AVS sunroof ventvisor.

Had a timing chain rattle. Fund out the tensioner failed. Installed a new timing chain set and balance shaft chain set.

Picked up a complete Cobalt LSJ M62 supercharger stage 2 kit.

M62 Supercharger
77.9mm pulley (3.0in)
42lb injectors
Heat Exchanger
Tensioner
Hoses
6 Rib Alternator
Stage 2 belt
LSJ exhaust Manifold

Dug out a set of 03-05 polished 16" wheels.
New Falken Sincera SN250 A/S 205/55/16 91T
RK Sport 03-05 engine mount
RK Sport Poly dogbone mount.
I installed ttr solid poly transmission mounts a while ago and don't have a photo of it.

Started disassembling the supercharger and cleaning it. I had to block one of the sensor ports not used on a jbody.

Just make sure you have the laminova cores clocked the correct way on reassembly.

Found a set of new struts and installed them. Also found an Eibach front and rear swaybar. Front is 25.4MM and Rear is 22MM. Also found a front Vibrant Strut Bar.

Here is the front swaybar. It is rusty one the one side and I am not sure if it will work correctly. I called eibach and they are giving me a run around.
