ok so like i said i blew the motor in my daily driver. 2.2 with 95k on it automatic... anyways can i swap any other motor in it with complications?
will a 2.4 fit?
I found a few 2.2 at the junk yard for 300-500 bucks...
any suggestions would help.

For the most part, no.
Also depends on what you plan to do to this car.
If you want to do just be your daily driver put a 2200 in it, if you want more performance, search for your options...

Direct swap = 98+ 2200
If you don't mind also swapping a few accessories including your trans, than an Eco swap is a feasible option...
Cheapest/easiest... drop in another 2200.
do a 2200 and be done with it.
