2.3 cold air intake

Will a cold air intake for the 2.4l fit on the 2.3l? with the 95 Z being just a lil different I don't want to buy something I cant use, thx for the help guys!

I am sure this has been asked an answered several times so I wish to apologize but i have searched and was unable to find the info.

No it will not fit.
Get one of these: http://intakehoses.com/Merchant2/merchant.mvc?Screen=PROD&Product_Code=90CB30&Category_Code=CHEW

And a 90º elbow of pipe, and you'll be set.
