I have a 98 z-24 with a knock I can get a 2001 2.4 complete engine from a alero wondering if it would work with minimal changes Thanks
Yes it will I can't remember exactly what all you have to change, I think intake cause of EGR or something
Use everything from the 98. Wiring and sensors.
You will need to modify the knock sensor hole.
Everything from the 98 will bolt up to the 01 motor minus the knock sensor.
