Ok, so after a few long nights, here is what I have came up with for a new (more professional) site banner.. To me it looks plain, I am creative but hardly a pro at photoshop.. Let me know what you think, what you think would add to it or anything. Heck if you want to fiddle with it go ahead..

hmmmm... well, the font is easy to change, just grab the photoshop file and you're all set.

it's a good start, it'd look good if you could get a pic of the same car or one quite different (side shot) fade it in the background on the right side and a horizontal motion blur, make a copy of the layer, then make a selection starting at the top working down of every other pixel (stretching across horizontally) and delete from the top faded layer of the blured side view car. it would probably be good in black and white.
but you're not selling the car, so it shouldn't be the main focus.. you are trying to bring attention to the products and the name/number

But with the car also at 100% it is showing what his products can do to a car. I would rather see some awesome looking car, and parts rather then an parts and a faded out stock dodge caravan. You have to show your parts, and the finished product of your car with the parts that are on the car.
to me whats in those squares, its hard to even make out. And you should change the car to a actual jbody car and not a foreign car. Just my thought.

stupid to have a hot import car though on his website. Most of the stuff he sells is for chevrolet and pontiac prolly.
it's the car he put on his, guess he had a reason to do it.
Reason there is a Scion on there is b/c altho I love jbodies and the community.. You can't make a living specializing in parts for them.. I really like all the banners.. It's hard to choose.
