well here is my third time using photoshop, its not great but some comment would be great i know its screwed unot long enough im gonna re do it tonight i liek ti though, plz comments help

Maybe you should add a gradiant to the window instead of flat black.
And then the font, but otherwise it's good.
If you really want the type to stay orange, try an outline, drop shadow and/or glow to get it to stand out. Best bet though might be to change it to a bright color and use outline/shadow/glow on it to get it to stand out. Sometimes you have to work with it to get it to stand out when it goes over both light and dark areas. Good luck!
