ugh it pisses me off how all your shades seem to flow naturally into each other lol mine always look outta place
I only use one tone of a colour. in this case i used #144569.
then I use black or white on a layer above the base colour and and set the opacity lower to make darker or lighter shades.
after making several of these toons Ive found a couple short cuts, this one is useful if you want to change the color of the toon, because you only have to edit the layer with your base colour.
gotcha, im workin on a silver 06 eclipse right now, an the shading just looked bad lol so i changed the hue to have more of a blue tint, looks better but still not top notch work.
I love the toon well worth the money.
I can deal with 10-20 bucks. Let me get a good curent pic for ya man.
Lol myv6lsfast3r.
anywyas Grillrd, heres a sig i made to go with your toon
And to think, back when the image forum was first introduced, i was one of the first to ask about toons, I can see it has really taken off

Tooning cars has really turned into a hobby and art for me, Every toon I do I find a way to add more detail and make it look better, also.. also i spend alot more time now, It used to take me a couple hours, now a couple days.
F'en beautiful DJ Teddy !!! Mad skills !!!! I'm a huge fan of your work - keep up the awsome job
