Not bad. The green cavs look great. The truck isn't bad, but you need to work on cleaning up and smoothing out your selection lines a little bit. I'd recommend if you're not already doing this, to copy the selected part to a new layer, and then work on cleaning up the edge a little bit. Using feather carfully can go a long way in smoothing out the edges, too.

like i just chopped rims onto this car and color changed them from silver

X2. Try using hue/saturation and clicking the "colorize" option, and play with the lightness of it. After you get it about where you want, play with the brightness/contrast. On some drastic color changes, I'll also use the "color range" selection tool and click on the highlights, and feather it a little, then reduce the saturation and increase the brightness. It brings back the reflections and look of real paint.
