ok. so i just bought a 2006 Chevy Cobalt SS.
and i would like to do a sorta tribute to the 1996 Corvette Grand Sport.

so if you could, of my picture of the Cobalt shave the spoiler, and SS badge's,
and make the bowtie on the frong grill red.

and then just follow the grand sport's paint scheme which i have also incuded.
just the white stripe down the center of the car, and the two red stripes on the drivers fender.
and finally blacking out the SPOKES of the rims, leaving all other areas chrome/silver.

sorta like this, only not a crappy PAINT version, i did...

thankyou!

i think white is one of the hardest colors to do.. but atleast you get the idea, couldn't do the thin white around it, ( too much bs ) i think it's ugly...

IMO why paint it? that blue looks sick. if you did a couple other things to the outside it could look really nice. i would put that money into performance. unless the pictures are hiding paint damage or something i'm missing.

There, something a bit more simple and clean. And i feel truly captures the spirit of what you're looking for, yet makes it it's own.
Not as wide a stripe down the center is all you need. And make sure the red slashes follow the angle that is established by line from the edge of the head light to the seam where the bumper and fender meet. It's just more aesthetically pleasing to the eye...and flows with the look. IMHO this chop actually makes this look good on your car, the others were done cleaner (i suck at photoshop) but made the look appear tacky.
