Higher bottle pressure?

Do more bottles give you a higher psi? Like if I ran 2 5lb bottles instead of 1 10lb.

Theoretically (sp?) it should work. Because the gas is more compressed. But I dont know if it would help or not. Anyone ever ran or know anyone that ran more then 1 bottle?

if your pressure is over 1000psi you're gonna lean out like a mother

correct me if i'm wrong but those running two bottles only run one at a time...

aaargh. dont be like those fa99ets on the show "pinks" and heat up your bottle with a f0cking blowtorch. not only is it dangerous, it looks stupid.

running 2 bottles is commonly used as a transfer setup. one bottle to another with a control valve. i dont think it increases the pressure, just used for longer lasting more consistent shots. if you doubled the pressure, you would run extremely lean like Cody said, you wouldnt know how to jet the fuel to compensate, and your lines might not hold that much pressure anyways.

It does not increase the pressure. It increases capacity, therefore, you can spray longer before experiencing a pressure drop.

Thats kinda what I was looking for. Right now I dont need a bottle heater. My bottle gets hot as hell here in Louisiana. I was thinking of running 2 5lb bottles. Or try and find another 10 cheap and run 2 10lb bottles lol.

Some people have 2 bottles for two seperate stages. I met one guy who had a mustang and he basically had two kits in his car, stage one was for first gear only whish was a 75 shot. Stage two was from second gear on and that was a 150 shot. He said he did that to help his 60' time, (150 in first wouldn't hook).
