Solenoid Rebuliding? Zex?

I heard somewhere that nitrous companies like NX/ NOS suggest that you have your solenoids rebuilt once a year and they will do it for free..Last year someone blew up their low 10 second truck due to a sticky solenoid and it also happend to a guy with a honda although he didnt blow his motor
...So I'm wondering if it is something that should be done or Offered by Zex?

Usually street users don't have to worry about any of that because we put no where near as much stress on our systems as a drag racer would. I believe our solenoids right now can flow up to around 400+ hp as they are and we're still lagging around 35-100.

So no worries. But hey, if its free what can you lose besides a cheap shipping charge!
