Protomec's setup is the shizit!!!!! reminds me of the old school V8 setup, with it hidden under the intake....... I'll have to keep that in mind

I never had pics of my old setup..... but it was hidden pretty well. Even with the bottle sitting RIGHT behind the driver's seat.

holy freakin stock batman

a q for you eco guys, where are you getting your fuel from? i'm thinking that'll I'll drill and tap my fuel rail, I dont trust the shrader valve for _LARGE_ amounts of fuel and I dont like the idea of cutting fuel lines.

the schrader valve works just fine, people have run 100 shots off of it, im sure it will handle almost whatever shot you desire

Just use some sneaky petes and put them in the spare tire well or under the passenger seat.

whats the point of makin it so secret anyway, chances are that while ur racing, u aren't gonna show them ur engine anyway, and if they ask, why would u show them?

Yea, my engine compartment got owned by fiberglass dust from sanding my hood and bumper down

You should be fine with the shrader valve...my co manager at work has a Nozzles set up on his ls1 and it taps the rail at the shrader no problems at 150 shot. If it makes you feel safer then by all means do it. Its your car and you should do what you want. And if you do it make sure you get pics as i would like to see how it turned out...

the reason for hiding it is if you get pulled over by cops lol.

then you tell them it's disconnected and empty. Then when they tell you to open the botlle to see, say no thats illegal on public streets . I agree on the whole hiding the kit, Me no I could care less who sees it I'm more for show and the performance mods I have are for my own personal fun, but eh whatever floats your boat.

AND ITS RED DAMNIT lol

Once you see the confused look on a Mustang owners face when he just got stomped by you, and wants to look under the hood, you get to see very quickly what the reward is for a well hidden kit. "It's bone stock, dude, swear. Do you feel dumb or what?!" It's a great feeling.........

Do what my friend did in his Civic. He used sneaky petes all plumbed together and and mounted in the spare tire well. They were all plumbed to a distribution block another friend of mine made a distribution block for all the bottles to be plumbed into and he ran a hard line up to the console, where he had the arming switch and a secondary valve. He left the bottle valves open and so that way he could have one valve for the feed line. The nozzle was placed on the bottom side of the air intake and the flex line was ran inside wire loom so you'd never know it was there. The solenoids were hidden too.
