Which spark Plugs?? (SRT-4)

There seems to be 2 different SRT-4 plugs, a VERY short one, and a longer one...

I bought RC9YC, and they are about a centimeter shorter than the stock Ecotec ones...

Is this right??

Nevermind, the idiots at dodge gave me regular Neon plugs the first time...

Now I got the correct plugs, and have them gapped at .035, and the car has never run smoother. These plugs are perfect.
