N2O w/2.3 Mani&T.B.

I am doing the 2.3 mani&tb swap and I am wondering how many of you have nitrous with this swap and how has it been working for you?Any changes in performance with the nitrous?I currently have my fogger with the collar going into my WAI about 8-10inches from the 2.4tb,I'm worried about fuel puddling with the 2.3 mani.I know they make "Soft Plume" fogger nozzles which I am assuming sprays both fuel and nitrous in a mist but my fogger sprays the nitrous in a mist and shoots the fuel in a stream,is this right ?Someone educate me,thanks

Yeah it's a wet kit and I don't want to go dry I'll just save the money for my boost set-up

I had a wet kit on my 2.4. First I had it on the stock 2K mani and throttle body, it kicked alright. Then I did the 2.3 HO mani and TB swap, holy crap! SOOOO MUCH HARDER! I kept up with a newer M3 on the highway.

One of the main things I was wanting to know was if a "soft plume" nozzle sprays both n2o and fuel in a mist(spray) or does it do the same as my Edelbrock nozzle and spray the fuel in a stream? And I am lovin' the sound from the 2.3 mani swap.

Just re-did the n20 set-up with the 2.3 mani and man your right makes a big difference plus it helps to check the lines and jets once in awhile, found out the n2o jet was plugged with some teflon tape or paste. She scoots now!!!

So iam assuming with the 2.3 intake manifold it wont "puddle". Well after reading the forum of NX, I am looking to get nitrious now that i know there are diff. levels for smaller engines with no modifications. but just to clarify i dont need to get forged pistons right, my factory pistons and crank will do? Also will it hurt to install a shift plus from car customs.net on the car with nos. I have the 2.4 twin cam

GMR has got nothing on this

NOS is a brand just to let ya know before someone jumps on ya,you have to write n2o or nitrous or people will throw a fit but everyone usually says you can run a 50 shot on /with stock internals with no timing retard and yes a B&M ShiftPlus will help,no one has really answered my questions that I asked so I'm not so sure on the fuel puddling issue with the 2.3 HO mani.I don't have a wideband or fuel pressure gauge so I could be running a little lean when spraying

Yeah i know NOS is a brand, so you recommend a 50 shot with stock internals? What about at least a 75 shot?

75 shot has mixed answers in this community. I say its based on personal preference and if its your ONLY car.

If its my only car I would run some sort of timing retard (MSD DISII), a window switch, colder plugs, premium fuel, fuel pressure cut off.

If you knew NOS was a brand then why did you use it a sentence stating"Also will it hurt to install a shift plus from car customs.net on the car with nos"
