has this been bolted to up to a running motor? Nothing in the way of the nozzle inputs or where the lines would go?

would you be able to make them to adapt the 2.3 manifolds to the 2.4 head, like an adaptor plate with the nitrous ports?

It wouldnt be as affective because you wont be cooling the blower. Im not sure about turbo apps.

I would be interested in seeing a design for one for the eco. I am also interested in the thickness of the plate.

I forsee 1 issue on this plate. The 4th and possibly the 3rd cylinders nozzle and lines might interfere with the starter as its right there. Any chance this can be checked?

Yea, I saw what you where getting at and clarified the exact problem that would probably occur. If that can be clarified as a non-issue I'll be up to buy this.

Thats the only place to put the nozzles. If you put them on top they will hit the injectors.

But hitting the starter isn't any better. Plus you can have them from the bottom and everything but they might have to be angled for clearance.

They wont hit the stater. The starter is no where that close to the head.

I'll tell you what man, this would not fit on my eco. It would push my AEM cai and make it hit the support there or whatever it's called.

Yea, I wasn't trying to make you mad I'm glad we can get some new aftermarket support for our cars I just want to make sure your product doesn't have any issues when the customer (hopefully me in the future) receives it. Excellent job man!

well i have it bolted up to my spare motor its not hitting anything and far as lines i need to get a kit yet but remember direct port will be using steel lines not steel braided lines so it will be easier for smaller spots for clearance issues. ill have pics up soon havnt had chance for pics yet. and as for m45 with it wont u need to get different brackets cuz it'll be 1/2 inch out more then normal

Thank you man, and wow did you make me just kick myself. I honestly was thinking steel braided the ENTIRE time, which after seeing many set ups and shopping for my own distribution block and lines from my place of work this is where I got stupid.

But please let us know how it works for ya.

X2

The water/meth injection system I am looking at uses 1/8 NPT threads on the injection nozzles. Not sure what size the nitrous nozzles are but could you tap the adapter to work for me? I could even tap it if its going to be a problem.

The nozzles that were used in Tyler's flange were 1/16 NPT. I can put 1/8" in there not a problem.

That definately looks bad A$$. Ive seen similar products made for other types of cars with great success.

As far as making one as a tb spacer, would the only issue be the possibility of the additional fuel puddling in the intake manifold?

Thanks for helping us all out...
