Will this set up damage my speakers?

I put a system in my cavalier. (everything is on my page that i put in it)

I ran it all to one 2000 (peak) amp. I dont remember the rms.
2 4x6's (150 rmsi think)
2 6x9s (350 rms i think)
2 12 inch Dual subs. my buddy said they are 1100 watts. I think each has like 600 rms.

should i get another amp for just the speakers?

Reading this tells me you have so... SOOOO much to learn. But everyone starts somewhere.

What are the actual model of speakers, amp, etc. No you should not be running all 4 speakers and subs on a single (from what it sounds, mono), amp. More details on everything before I give any more advice.

No i have a lanzar amp. I actually shouldn't be running the amp to the subs haha.

I think i'll get a mono amp and a distribution block. I'll probably have to get a lower wattage amp.

We need model numbers but depending on actual specs, I would sell the amp and either sell the subs or wait for them to blow then throw them in the garbage. Buy a proper 4ch amp with the 4x6s and 6x9s, then buy a good mono amp and subs.

Another option as well would be to run the 6x9s off the deck(there will be underpowered but who cares?) and get a really good set of 6" speakers(components if you can afford them and a good 2ch amp to power them or 4ch and power all four. Kicker does make pretty good speakers so the 4x6s should be fine, just 6" components would sound better. You will benefit more from having better speakers up front then in the rear.
