Which wire dims the display on the radio?

Hi all,

Picked up an 01 Sunfire recently. Silver 2 door GTX, stick shift, and the 2.2 OHV.

My deck is a Pioneer DEH-P3000IB. Its a new old unit. 4 years old never out of the box.

The display brightness is ok, but the lighted blue ring that shows around the volume control is really bright at night. The pioneer deck comes with an orange/white wire to adjust this hopefully. Which wire on the Sunfire end is for the dash lights? You know, the one to Dim the lights at night?

Much appreciated..

Tim

Pretty sure you have to find a wire in the dash to hook it to cause i dont think there is one from the factory.

Gray wire, pin B4 on the radio plug.

Orange is the constant power. Don't use that.
