Is there a reason why, i cannot find the application for this battery in my
98 Z?
I know it will fit in the engine bay, where my stock one is...
but is there a reason for not being able to look up the batter i need?

Should i avoid this battery,
i can get it for C$$137 @ cosco

This seems like a half descent price...

let me know any info you have.

thanks,
Kristen

They are beneficial for running equipment with the car off thats about it. If you have a lot of juice flowing and tend to start getting around or below 11v it will last longer than a standard battery but that isnt too good if its from your amplifiers as a lot cannot handle the lower voltage. You would be better off either getting a larger alternator for a higher initial high voltage supply or running multiple batteries for a higher lower voltage reserve reserve.

I wouldnt just go out and buy one. If you really want one wait until your current battery dies and then go get one.

If you plan on running your stereo with your car off (ala dbdrag street etc.) this is an almost essential upgrade. The regular G34 size batt fits fine, the G31 might take a bit to fit it in the stock location, I dunno.
