and no, im not going to put a monster tach on the dash. actually, this is going there:

its a shift light i can adjust rpm to. shouldnt need an adapter or anything, just gotta find somewhere i can tap into the stock tach. any ideas on how to do this without pulling the dash apart???

any thoughts and or suggestions would be helpfull, BTW, it wires up just like a normal tach does, one to ground, one to power, one to tach signal...to make sure the thing works once its wired up ill set the light to come on at 4k and try it out make sure it works

thanks in advance for the help!!!
