Hello all, I just have a quick question (naturally ) anyway, I had pioneer ts-a6966 180w 6x9s mounted in the rear hooked up to a pioneer gm-x302 amp. The sound was excellent while it lasted, sounded like I had subwoofers in the back. The left speaker eventually blew out last year after five years of bass abuse. This christmas as a gift I was given some kenwoods kfc-6959ie they in my open sound worse than my blown speakers. The bass sounds muffled and fake. Any suggestions as to what i should do or what brand i should replace these wack speakers with. I dont want to have the same problem. Also I dont want to deck out my trunk with a big box with speakers i just want some simple nice sounding 6x9s. thx

Please anyone, I need some help here. Any suggestion is better than none.

If you were happy with you Pioneers, go find another set. I love mine.
