This is a cool thread. I love seeing pics of turbo setups. There was already one for 2.4 engines so it is only fair to have one for ecotecs.

To be honest I think there should be one for each motor and each should be stickied.....these are great threads.

ive always wondered do u have to lose ur ac to run the charge pipe next to the coolant resivour? or can u just unbolt in and kinda move it over? lol

I'm thinking if you move the condesor you should be able to maintain a/c, but I dunno, I just yanked mine out.

Agreed on the sticky I get quite a few requests for how I setup my piping and I'm sure the other boosted guys do too. Let's just get this stickied and get it over w/ along w/ the one for the 2.4. And 2200.

Yeah I dont use the a/c part of it but I do use the blower part of it when my interior is all foggy, thats the only think keeping me from ripping it out.

a/c doesnt control heat or anything. you will still have air, just no cold air if you take out everything to do with your a/c. my air now is alot hotter without a/c components or so it feels hotter, it like bakes me

Bonnett: If you were refering to my post, I was talking about the defog blower, not the heater.
