Ok so it has come to my attention that I will be nneeding this myself. Since Vulcan is making a m62 manifold I was going to go with the ecotec tb. It is bigger anyhow. Stock 2.4tb is 56mm I currently have a stock bored to 58mm and the ecotec is 60 stock. Eco>2.4 this time.
Anyway whoever else buys the m62 manifold from Vulcan will need this. I don't know how far you are on this or realistically how long it will take you to finishthe plans. I don't know with work if you even have the time to take this on ect. I know with your pulleys the HUGE holdup was the machinist and the coater. Maybe you could finish the design and have it produces by Vulcan??? I dunno but yeah you guys should get in contact. Vulcans email addy is vulcan.turbo@hotmail.com They seem to be pretty quick about returning emails.

Even when im out of town i make sure to stay close to my laptop so i can keep in touch in with my business. I would have to say no email goes on unreplied any longer than 24 hours. I feel its just good business.
As for this adapter i may have make them which i dont see being a problem, if there is already a design made up that would save me a few headaches as well! I work with several local machine shops and hope to get my own cnc machine with a year.
Vulcan, do you mind signing a non-disclosure agreement? I have been polity helped, and then screwed in the ass. There are a few pulley people that if I had the capital, they wouldn't be making pulleys and other designs.
Also, I have been working way to much on a new product for work, and will be at SEMA next week. Once I get a little time Vulcan I'll get a hold of you.

You and QBE and PJ say 58mm. PJ posted a pic of the caliper on it and swears it is 58mm. So from hear on out 58 mm it is. SMG has verified they can bore it to 62mm.

SMG can bore it to 62, and it's a overall it's a real nice piece. I had it and liked it but I sold it when I sold my turbo kit because it was just too much on my n/a engine.
Sorry for thread jacking Mike.

Glad to see some progression on this. I threw this link to kyle (tinkles) as he should be adding his name to the list as well.

What about a S/C to LS1 throttle body adapter.
And I have two ecotec throttle bodies that measure 60mm.....

LS1 can be done with enough interest.
Yes, the Ecotec TB I had was also about 60mm....but a lot of the Ecotec guys have aftermarket 62mm TB.

As for an LS1 adapter, there is a company called turn key, that develops supercharged applications for rock buggies, I saw a show where they had an ls1 tb on the m62, I have emailed them several times with no luck...
maybe an email bomb from a few of us may help?

no the bored out ones are 62mm. won't go high as 68mm. your 58mm stock tb will work just fine w/ the 62mm throttle body adapter plate. there won't be a need to make a different adapter for the smaller tb. now if the adapter plate was only goin to be as big as the stock tb, then there would be a need to have a different plate made for the 62mm tb. does that make sense?

Yeah lol, so how's the progress going on these plates? I'm working on getting a supercharger kit off of a cobalt SS and I need this plate lol..

i though you turbo'd the car?

Fire is gone unfortunately! Parts 4 sale, look in Mid-Central...
With the LS1 TB you will need more than a simple adapter. The supercharger brings the TB back in such a way that it's very close to the power steering pump and the LS1 TB simply won't fit on a straight on application. It would be necessary to move the TB away from the pump towards the firewall somehow or extend it past the pump all together.
