However Vulcan's is going to be intercooled, and is the final design rather than prototype. Huge difference. Either way they'll both have their benefits.

Small change in plans on how cooling will take place, pictures coming very soon.
Why would someone spend the money on this manifold, when you could buy an ecotec and all the parts to swap it for the same cost, and then for a little more put an m62 on that? Sorry I just don't see this selling for $2300 plus the cost of the s/c too aweful much. It's a cool idea, but a bit overpriced for the way this community is.
Plus the first couple might fit great...but beyond that...it's a crap shoot.

Not everyone thinks the Eco is such a great engine. Persoanly I would go with a 2.4 and a M62 over a Eco with a M62.

you could also use that money for a down payment on a different car, but people will do what they want to do
i think its a good idea to have a manifold for the m62 for the ld9, gives that motor another option for a supercharger setup

Exactly. Wasn't trying to stir up anything. I personally think Phil (Qwibby) is right on the money.

I mean don't get me wrong I'd love to have a m62 powered l61 for a dd...or even a m62 powered lsj, but for real power we all know the answer.
For the record though...I'd rather have a Ln2 than a ld9 ANY day.
