Pretty cool idea, Vulcan should definetely look into making a conversion kit for the ECO crowd so they can switch to an air to air if this pans out.

this is a full set up,
-blower outlet,
-hot pipe,
-intercooler,
-cold pipe,
-and customer intake manifold to allow it all to work

not using the stock or quad manifold

No @!#$ I know that... I just don't see how it can fit. Whenever you guys get over your fear of image posting, I can't wait to see it.

Since you guys are saying it's actually about $400 cheaper, sucks for those who've paid, ha.

Not at all the case. You would not say that if you knew what we paid.

Well im back, ive actually been back since thursday, this thing should be ready... tonight. The main assembly of the manifold is 100% done and welded, we just are going to weld on the inlet / outlet tube, some vac fittings, and the bypass valve tube (which is going to be O-Ringed for a perfect seal), throw some thermal coating on it and well post up some pictures, i would say tonight you can expect some "un-blocked" pictures.

Only thing I see that I would want changed if I could afford another build, would be to add a fitting for the PCV passage in the head.

Manifold Specifications:

MP62 to LD9 Adapter Manifold
Suited for External Aftercooler Setup
Inlet / Outlet Diameter: 2.25"
Primary Runner Diameter: 2.00"
Vacuum Ports: 4 Total, 3 - 1/8NPT, 1 - 1/4NPT
Bypass Valve Seals with O-Ring
Coating is a light Thermal Coating - Colors will likely not be available.

And the manifold is dirty when you see fingerprints and all that stuff on it in the last picture.

Vulcan: Does the flange have this port in it just like the m45 has? I know this was something we had discussed being done way back when in the other thread.

Since I know somone else is going ask. Where are you at with the PCV baffle, TB adapter and charge piping. When do you expect it to be complete and have you had a chance to update prices on the site?
