Haven't been a big fan of Marks for a while now, but it looks like he is starting to come back around!

Mark do you have the ability to make this any thicker?

The one Jeff tested was 1/8in thick. If i remember form his other post he can get them made 3/16-1/4in.

for me , only fix to clear would be to completely cut down the map area , weld the hole in and blend it like it was never there , in order to use anything that lifts the s/c up

and living in hellizona , it would be nice in the summer time to drop the temp a few degrees

Well I gotta agree wiht this old man that living in AZ a spacer will make a lot of difference

jucsbst- the venom its made out of aluninum. and like i said, it does get so hot you cant touch it.

i wish wade could have tried this on the vulcan setup, it could have helped that much more. although... the intercooler set-up did maintain a very nice IAT. but still, after awhile it would get warmed up.

looks good, but they have to make the spacer the same as the actual GM gasket...that's whats they are missing, i brought this up in the other thread...once they do that, i dont see a reason why this wouldnt be a good buy, hell i would get one once they manage to set that up...also ZZP already makes a phenolic for the head to intake manifold, its the same as the LSJ intake manifold gasket, which is what we run right now anyway...cost 99.99...

ps. OEM if you need a stock GM gasket for the m62 to make a identical phenolic, let me know i have a spare i can send you if you cover shipping...

I've had not a single problem with the way the spacer is made now, I'm making the same boost before and after the install of the spacer. I also already have a zzp spacer that I'm going to get to testing if I have time this weekend.

When you make them I would suggest that you make the revision for the egr on the spacer. That can save some people trouble when doing the install. Heres some pictures of what i am talking about.

Stock gasket.

Stock gasket modified.

Modified gasket on the head, im not sure if the rtv will be nessessary if you will be supplying two paper gaskets.

Will you include longer bolts with these?

Sorry for the huge pictures.

They will be 1/8" thick as well. For the gasket. the modified EGR port is just for the 2.2?

Can either one of you guys scan and e-mail me the gasket. My local store does not carry it so I would have to buy it from the dealer.

The gasket is like 11 bucks from the dealer Mark. I like where this is going. I might need to add it to my blower build.
