Sweet, I hope the front brakes aren't stock. I really need to get my frame rail repaired too....
The front brakes will be Wilwood as well. Talked with Wilwood, they suggested i run their proportioning valve, which was on the list of parts anyway, but they suggested running a single line to the rear to a "T". I drew out the brake lines and figured out all the fittings and hoses i will need. Im looking forward to ordering the kit, all the fittings, proportioning valve soon.
Along with the brakes, I picked up a dark graphite lower dash which will be installed soon. I removed the old Tan dash and ditched the heater core box and piping as well. When the new dash goes in, i will also be mounting the MSD DIS box and hopefully running some of the wiring. Made a template to cover the holes on the firewall and mounted it up. I redid the mount for the intercooler and actually mounted it in the crush bar so it sits further back and doesnt rub on the front bumper. Will be posting more pics this upcoming week so stay posted.

Well guys, worked on the car all day on Sunday, While nothing big was done, i was able to finish up alot of little things. Grounded the battery and well as fuel pump relay. Was able to clean up some wiring under the dash and got the new lower graphite dash mounted. Mounted the MSD box inside the car and ran the wires to the engine bay. Also made up some rear brake lines to the Wilwood calipers. More updates to come

Nick- go to summit racing and browse their fittings settion online. You can play with the search criteria options to get what you want. Iirc the 3/8ths to -6an adaptors come up for ls1 cars can be used on ours as well.
what type of metal did you use to patch/repair the unibody frame? I'm looking at getting a lot of this done on my car, and wasn't sure if it was steel (probably is) or what type of steel it is.
I used 14 gauge plate steel for the repair. Tached it in place and kept bending into place until it sat nice. Grinded it all out and made it look decent and then undercoated it. The whole car was undercoated.
Small update:
Got a Wilwood proportioning valve, line-loc, brake fittings, autometer boost gauge and tranny temp, as well as the ARP ring compressor for the motor build. Mounted the proportioning valve and ran lines from the master to the valve and then from the valve to line-loc then a single line to rear where it "T" off to each caliper. I ran the headlight harness and tucked it away as much as i could. Connected the wiper arms and lines to the washer tank as well. Im waiting on a new center bezel and something a little special on the valve cover. Hopefully will have my motor back within 3-4 weeks. Im trying to get all the wiring and everything done. I also need to start rebuilding the tranny which will happen shortly. I will post some pictures when i can. Working on the car for a few hours after work here n there and just trying to button everything up.

What kind of undercoating did you go with? something you paint or spray on yourself?
VT: The undercoating was a spray one type, believe it was dupli-color undercoating. I bought 6 cans of it and there is nothing left. I did the entire undercarriage as well as the fender wells up front and a few pieces here n there.
Update: I will have some more pictures coming soon. The interior is about 95% done, just need to wire my gauges. I had a gauge pod made and it was delivered on friday. Will have some pictures of that soon.
Engine Update, the motor is being assembled at the moment. Family business so mine got pushed off due to other customers. However, the rings were file fit and everything is ready to go in. My question is does anyone know the torque specs for the ARP Main studs on a 2200, or did everyone go by ARP specs for the stud. I did some review and saw that a few people did about 70lbs for the head studs. Everything is ready to go in motor wise, and hopefully it shouldn't be too much longer until i have a short block. As far as the head:

-1mm Oversize stainless valves, 3 Angle valve job
-1.6 Harland Sharp rockers with ARP studs

-ARP Head Studs
The Cam will be stock unless i feel the need for a custom grinded one. I know i will gain some lift with the 1.6 rockers, and i hear the stock cams love boost. We will see how it goes.

I've read that the stock 2200 rockers are 1.56 ratio. Not sure how true that is. Stock cam will probably do you fine. Lift isn't as crucial with boost as it is with N/A IMO.
Ive just always wondered how different the custom grind boost cams are from stock because you really can't change your LSA or ICL or ECL. The really only difference is duration, lift and overlap. I guess changing overlap is where you make power on boost cams.
Update Time:
Since the motor is coming along now, I figured it was time to work on the transmission. Got the ATSG Service manual and followed it step by step. Got the transmission all torn down, ready to be cleaned and re assembled. Letting everyone know, at the moment I have the Level 10 Performance Rebuild Kit, Force motor Solenoid and a Full LSD insert, not the lsd insert. I will be looking into swapping the chain from 3/4 to 7/8, as well as buying new solenoids if needed. Will be sticking with the stock converter as well. On to the pics:

Update Time, Got the transmission all ready for assembly, everything was rebuilt with Raybestos blue clutches, full LSD, Force Motor Solenoid, all new seals, etc. I ran into a problem with the thrust bearing that sits under the sun gear not seating properly. After a phone call to Engineered Performance, a new bearing was shipped out on Friday. Lower end of the motor is pretty much done, polished the timing cover bolts as well. Pictures below.
