can you eco guys not use the 00+ Seville TB its a 3 bolt 75mm i just figured they might be easier to find then an LS1 TB at the junk yards

I don't see why we couldn't....by me ls tb's are easy to find. I just got one with sensors for 35 and it'll be used for fabbing up the blower adaptors I'm making. Any gm tb prob has the same idle air and tps wiring, the ls has just been done before and works.

I picked up the metal and should start working on them this week, I'm getting ready for the g/f birthday weekend now so no progress will be made.
lol i was actually on my phone and editing quotes drive me nuts.
It's cool jason, I hate editing from my phone as well.
I've got one set of plates cut and I'll be making a jig for them, once thats done I'll start putting them together for all you guys.

I got sheet matal cut down to size and the blower flange template done. I'm done with finals at school not and after work I'll be spending time punching hole saws through them. Thats it for now.
Here's a little progress from this morning. I'll be putting more time in after work tonight if I'm not stuck there till like 7am. I'll keep you guys posted.

I picked up some more welding gas, and got 5 blower flanges welded on. I've got to finish some Christmas shopping and get ready for a party tonight. I'll get more progress durring the week.
Looking good. Where did you get the black crinkle paint? I'm thinking of using it on my valve cover and maybe the charger. Still undecided on black or polished.
I used VHT wrinkle coat spray paint. I wouldn't put anything on the blower as I feel it would help keep heat in the blower.
Just a little update btw, I got 4 adaptors all welded up and once I get the tb cable bracket fabbed up and on I'll post pics and prime them prior to shipping.

All thats left is making the cable bracket. I don't have a drill bit big enough for the cruise cable or throttle cable so I'll be picking one up over the weekend. All it takes to add cruise is for me to drill another hole so I'll be doing it as others have requested it.

I've got 7 done, I'm drilling out the holes in the cable brackets after work tonight. I'll get pics up after as my new computer is setup and I won't be posting from my phone like I'm doing now. Come this weekend I should have the cables brackets all welded on and primed.
Just how things sit now....I kinda messed up the flange bad on the 7th one so I'm down to 6 that will be ready to go once the tb bracket is welded on to the adaptors. I'll attempt to fix numero 7 and finish number 8 when I can.
