hmmm I find that hard to believe.

Cars with extreme cooling and cams and TB made 249whp.

Nice number's.

I would say it might have some power left in it, going by the AFR. A little rich for a Eco.

Thanks. From what I understand he ran it a bit rich. Just due to the fact I had no cooling mods. But now that will change.

gives me hope! though I dont have cams or balance shaft delete mod...

what are all your other mods? you literally have a straing up bolted on M62 swap with stock pulley, endplate, manifold, 36lb (stage1) injectors?
what about exhaust? i was really hoping to put down around 250whp myself with all my mods on a stock motor....

Just a question - are Eco's usually that skewed on HP and torque with a GMSC? I always expect Eco's and LD9's to be pretty close on HP/Torque when N/A and supercharged for some reason.

Def looks like you left a few peak HP in it at that afr.

Slowly but surely may some day win this race...

Chris yes they are. I found it weird myself.

The car I tuned made 236whp, but torque was like 203, or 206.

For this I like my LD9 even more.

I tuined a stock motor M62 (stock cams and stock TB) on a 2.8 and made 236whp. This was without meth, with meth it would have made more.

If your thinking of my 249whp setup, I didn't have cams the motor was 100% stock from valve cover to oil pan, just full 2.5 exhaust, ls1 tb,cooling mods, spacers and 3.0 pulley.

The Triflow cams are the "secret" to Jason's good numbers. After looking at his profile, i am not surprised by his numbers. I'd image he'll see close to 250whp with a good cooling system.
