putting a turbo on my car has been running through my mind lately, i dont want a race car just alittle more get up and go, its a 2002 cav 2200 with a automatic, im thinking 6 psi or so would be plenty enough for what i want. does anyone have a idea were i would be at power wise with a soild tune and 6psi? my engine and trans are completly stick btw. also what turbo would suit me best and who makes a turbo manifold for a 2200 thats not ebay junk?!?!

You could always go this route if you didnt want to go custom.. Its the last two kits.. http://www.turbo-kits.com/cavalier_turbo_kits.html

First....start off by reading the sticky at the top of the page..

6psi from one turbo will not be the same as 6psi from another turbo the numbers that matter are the cfm. It depends on what turbo you decide on but the 2200 does respond well to forced induction.

The ebay manifold arent that bad. I believe RD Fabs makes a 2200 manifold

But these ones look decent: http://www.ebay.com/itm/95-96-97-98-99-00-01-02-cavalier-t3-cast-turbo-manifold-/130730016358?pt=Motors_Car_Truck_Parts_Accessories&fits=Year%3A2000|Model%3ACavalier&hash=item1e701dbe6 6&vxp=mtr

The above kit is a good piece although im not a fan of Hahn.
