Since the M45s and M62s have theirs we need one.

Oh wait only 2 of us are running it.

I'll make it up to you guys with a pic.

But seriously there should be more of us running it. It is an awesome blower.

Nothing. I have been cought out in the rain multiple times with it(even parked outside all night) and it has been fine. When i was the car and if it is going to sit outside in the rain for a while i'll toss the vent cover back in.

Wouldn't you have to hit the rollers first with the new blower? :p

the only thing keeping me from running a TVS is the cost. that sucker has a hefty price tag.

Seriously. I can't justify that cost regardless of how bad I want one.

is everyone running the 1320? is there a reason no one is running the 1900? 2.2L engine + 1.9L blower...hmm

Exactly and the 1900 will not fit. There is not enough room, it'll hit the upper rad support, fuel rail, and possibly the hood.

The Harrop is pricy, but is worth every penny.

The guys on css are working on getting the 1900 to fit as we type.

I never take any stock into anything posted on CSS.net.

Don't the cobalt guys have more room between the motor and rad support?

The harrop on kyle's car is crazy close to the rad. I don't think you will fit a much bigger blower in there without some serious modding to the rad/rad support

sucky part is you have to even just get a hold of one to test fit it...see what modifications are required and whether or not its worth vs fully upgrading the 1320 route. Maybe someone has a trashed one I can find thats just good for measurments.
anything can be done..just how far you want to go and how much you want to spend is the key...

or you could email the company for dimensions on the 1900 and use those to see what will and won't work.

A TVS 1900 is used on SBC's why on earth would you want to try to push that much heat through a 2.2L engine?

The math involved to flow it alone... Have any of you even really researched trying to do that?
