Brad, thoes are the cams I am going to run in my 2.4 gay cam I am doing my best to " un F----" (Dose that still count as a bypass?)
IE put as many real Quad-4 parts in to as I can.

But needless to say, if I wanted to rip I would drive this.

LOL

It dose, but 1 3\4 is to small for the heads (It is a real LS7.)

Made 458 Hp\Tq at the wheels last year with the stock LS7.

I went 13.901@103.5 with stock M45 tune and no meth. I never ran it with the smaller pulley, meth injection and ported supercharger *sigh* lol

Glad to see some respect after all these years, Thanks guys

I think without a doubt that i could have hit mid 13's with the port work, smaller pulley and meth. We will never know now lol

I'd like to put another together just to beat my old record though, I'm 99% sure i could with what i know now.

Brad can think what he wants.

The fact is I did a lot of research to get a raged out 2.4 with 120+K miles on it to do what it did.

In the end simple math. CFM and Lbs/hr of fuel is what makes power, everything else just confuses the equation.
Start with the fundamentals and then you can get in to fine tuning the engine.

I seem to recall posing books I here that helped... Doubt I will do that again.

Brads problem is he is too hung up on 1/4 calculators, and that it is not possible for 200whp to go mid 13's.

huh? i have personally SEEN 201whp go mid 13's on street tires. didnt need boost or juice to run it either....

Heck, I did it on a low compression built motor because i threw a rod on the stock engine. I put in low compression cause i was looking to do nitrous with the blower. Never happened though. I'm 100% confident i could have went mid 13's on just the blower if i put in 10:1 CR pistons. Oh well lol

And my engine was stock with 120K on it.

Nothing done.
THATS why I dont get it with the others.

Driver mod I guess. LOL

Brad you have said many times on FB that my 219whp will never run 13's.

You even said recently on your own car with all these mods and if you break 200whp it would still only best a low 14 (because the calculator says so).

WRONG. i said 12's. 13's have already been done why would i think you couldnt do it?

and ur damned right i dont think ill break 13's... its because my car is an auto and weighs A LOT as a fully loaded z24 with my fat arse inside is why it probably wont run 13's. HAHA and not only that... you keep forgetting that i am not at sea level like you... my track is 1600 feet, man. it makes a difference.

John (miller) - do you happen to know what your car weighed for the 13.9 run?
