depends on how much money ya want to spend.
and a few questions to be thought about....
How fast do you want the car to go?
is the car a daily driver?
How much work do you want to do? (cause it's not easy to turbo a N/A vehicle)
the list gose on....

If it's worth it to you, then yes.

If it's not worth it to you, then no.

It all depends on how much YOU will enjoy it. If the expected enjoyment is going to be worth the cost to you, then go for it. If it's not, find something else to spend your money on.

but would we have to worry about the engine blowing up after 3 months of having it on? meaning can our stock pistons and everything else handle the boost? because i'm wondering the same thing as this topic.

nope. The 2200 engines are good for 8 psi with right fuel mods. It can go higher, but 8 psi is the most safe for the power you get.

As for the setup, you'll need intercooler, turbo setup, injectors, and 6:1 fmu. I ran mine at 8 psi for over 6 months before I sold it. But my car has been boosted since that first kit. I'm testing on the fitments for the turbo with 2 kits after that and now my car has a 4 psi kit on it without intercooler. I'm going to try my luck again on the intercooler once it gets warmer outside.

I wouldn't be wanting to put on a turbo if i didn't think it would be worth it to me. I just don't want to be spending like 5g on a sunfire for it...like around 2500-3500 is ok. Now for the type of turbo setup...i've heard mixed things on the cavalier connections setup...hahn still has to put out theirs...should i wait for the hahn or should i get the cavalier connections. Also what intake and exhaust manifolds do you recommend? I also have an AEM CAI...would the piping be useful for the intercooler or no?

you going for show or just go? If just go, get a turbo manifold from a guy on Ebay that sells them. Then you get a Super 60 turbocharger, intercooler from ebay, and all pipings shouldn't cost you more than $2000 for the whole setup with intercooler setup.
